Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use hafaclean.com or book a cleaning with Hafa Clean ("Hafa Clean", "we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide residential and short-term-rental cleaning services in the Philadelphia area, including Airbnb turnovers, deep cleans, and linen service. Service scope and pricing are described on our website and in your booking confirmation.
2. Booking & access
- You must provide accurate property details and a way for our team to access the space at the scheduled time.
- If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a $50 lockout fee may apply.
- Time slots are confirmed in your booking; we do our best to arrive within the booked window.
3. Payments
- Prices are shown in USD and charged via Stripe when you confirm your booking.
- Promo codes are limited to one redemption per customer unless stated otherwise.
- You authorize Hafa Clean to charge for additional services you request on-site (e.g. extra rooms, extra laundry).

5. Your responsibilities
- Secure or remove valuables, fragile items, and cash before the cleaning.
- Disclose any pets, hazards, or special instructions in your booking notes.
- Provide cleaning water, electricity, and reasonable access on the day of service.
6. Satisfaction guarantee
If something isn't right, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost. Refunds are issued at our discretion when a re-clean isn't practical.
7. Limitations
We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not disclosed at booking. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
8. Account termination
We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, provide false information, or treat our team unsafely or disrespectfully.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
