Hafa Clean ("we", "us") is a family-run cleaning business based in Philadelphia, PA. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website at hafaclean.com, book a cleaning, or apply to our cleaner network.

Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone number, and password (if you sign in with email).
• Booking info: service address, property details, scheduled date/time, and notes you provide.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Cleaner applications: name, contact info, transportation, experience, availability, and background-check acknowledgement.
• Usage data: basic technical info (browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure and improve it.

How we use it

• Schedule, deliver, and follow up on your cleanings.
• Send booking confirmations, reschedules, cancellations, and completion notices by email.
• Process payments and issue refunds.
• Review cleaner applications and contact applicants.
• Respond to questions you send us.

Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary with: Stripe (payments), our email provider (transactional emails), our hosting/database provider, and the assigned cleaner for your booking (service address and access notes). We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Booking and account records are kept while your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward for tax and accounting purposes. You can request earlier deletion (see below).

Your choices

• Update your account info at any time on your profile.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any email.
• Email hafaclean1@gmail.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.

Children

Hafa Clean is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
